Fans around the world were initially shocked when they learned that the “Ichiban” Elite Hulk Hogan action figure Persona Card can only be obtained by buying a real-life toy at Target. But now, there’s a way to unlock the “Ichiban” Elite Hulk Hogan action figure Persona Card outside of the United States, by simply unlocking him in MyFACTION. Here’s how.

How to Unlock “Ichiban” Elite Hulk Hogan in MyFACTION

The “Ichiban” Elite Hulk Hogan Persona Card can be obtained through the upcoming “Hulkamania” Ran Wild in Japan Live Event, which will arrive on June 1, 2024. The Live Event will have the player use the Sapphire Hulk Hogan from the Legends Collection against Shinsuke Nakamura in a 1-on-1 match. Winning the match will unlock the Live Event Reward.

The Elite Action Figure “Ichiban” Hulk Hogan Persona card is a Ruby Card with an 84 OVR rating. The card is a Powerhouse and has some really good stats. Apart from having the Comeback Payback, the card also has three sideplate slots, as well as the following badges:

  • Silver Slipper Eel – makes it easier to kick out of pins
  • Silver Energetic Opportunist – enter Beast Mode when stunning opponents
  • Amethyst Sting Like a Bee – increases light and heavy strikes damage

While not the strongest character out there, it’s still worth chasing this card when it becomes available. It is one of the sought-after Persona cards, after all, which means you’ll be able to play as the Elite Action Figure Hulk Hogan character everywhere else in WWE 2K24 once you acquire the card.

That alone makes this card worth chasing after, although you might need to spend some time and money to grind and obtain the prerequisite card for the Live Event.

With all that said, Visual Concepts is finally starting to shift the gear up in releasing new Persona cards in MyFACTION. This makes the game mode more exciting to play and worthwhile to invest your time in, unlike before. However, some fans will still find this entire situation distasteful, as 2K definitely had the option to just include these characters as unlockables in the base game.
